In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or communication failure during gameplay, ph365.orig reserves the right to void any bets affected by the malfunction. ph365.orig will use reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state prior to the malfunction where technically feasible. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph365.orig and its officers, directors, employees, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, the ph365.orig platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.
ph365.orig's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph365.orig account in the six (6) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate this Agreement by closing the ph365.orig account. You may request account closure at any time by contacting ph365.orig support. ph365.orig may terminate this Agreement and close your account immediately, without prior notice and without liability, if you have materially breached any provision of these Terms. Upon termination for cause, ph365.orig reserves the right to withhold any account balance where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraud, money laundering, or abuse of the platform.
Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including but not limited to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall remain in full force following account closure.
ph365.orig reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice displayed within the platform no less than seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
Continued access to or use of ph365.orig after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the effective date.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the ph365.orig platform.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution of any dispute through ph365.orig's internal complaint resolution process. Complaints may be submitted to ph365.orig via the support channels indicated in Section 15. ph365.orig commits to acknowledging all formal complaints within 48 hours and providing a substantive response within 14 calendar days.
Where applicable, disputes relating to PAGCOR-licensed activities may be escalated to PAGCOR's regulatory complaint channels in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations.
