This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how ph365.orig ("we", "us", "our", "ph365.orig") collects, uses, processes, stores, and discloses personal data about individuals ("Data Subjects", "you", "your") who access or use the ph365.orig website and services available at ph365orig.vip.

Data Breach Notification: In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a real risk of serious harm to you, ph365.orig will notify the NPC within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach and will notify affected data subjects without undue delay, as required under NPC Circular No. 16-03.
ph365.orig retains personal data for no longer than is necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, subject to applicable legal retention obligations. The following retention periods apply:

Request a copy of the personal data ph365.orig holds about you, and information on how it is being processed.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data. You may update basic profile information directly in your account settings.
Request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer necessary for the purpose collected, subject to overriding legal retention obligations.
Object to certain processing activities, including direct marketing. Objecting to processing based on legitimate interest is subject to a balancing assessment.
Receive a copy of your personal data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format for transfer to another service.
File a complaint with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) if you believe ph365.orig has violated your data privacy rights under the DPA.
Response timeline: ph365.orig will acknowledge receipt of data subject rights requests within 5 business days and provide a substantive response within 30 calendar days of receipt, in accordance with NPC guidelines. Complex requests may require an extension of up to 30 additional days, of which you will be notified.
ph365.orig's platform and services are strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing casino-style online gaming in the Philippines. ph365.orig does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 21 years of age.
Age verification procedures are conducted during account registration. In the event that ph365.orig becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, ph365.orig will immediately suspend the associated account, delete the minor's personal data (except where retention is required by law for AML or fraud investigation purposes), and notify relevant authorities where legally required.
21+ Age Requirement: If you are under 21 years of age, you must not register for or use the ph365.orig platform. Access by minors is a violation of ph365.orig's Terms & Conditions and applicable Philippine law.
ph365.orig primarily stores and processes personal data within data centres serving the Philippines and Southeast Asia. In certain circumstances, personal data may be transferred to or accessed by service providers located outside the Philippines — for example, where cloud infrastructure or security monitoring services operate from other jurisdictions.
Where personal data is transferred outside the Philippines, ph365.orig ensures that such transfers are conducted in compliance with Chapter VIII of the Data Privacy Act and applicable NPC regulations on cross-border data flows. This includes requiring that recipient entities maintain an adequate level of data protection comparable to Philippine standards through appropriate contractual safeguards, including Data Processing Agreements and Standard Contractual Clauses as recognised by the NPC.
ph365.orig may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, applicable law, or platform features. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email notification or a prominent notice on the ph365.orig platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.
The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy reflects the date of the most recent revision. Continued use of the ph365.orig platform following the effective date of any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not agree to the updated Policy, you must close your account before the effective date of the revision.
